Speaking is the ability of humans to express themselves, speaking bridges ideas and actions expressing concepts into reality.

An understanding of good and correct speaking is often underestimated by others, people generally do not want to understand and learn more about speaking. 

Whereas with speaking we can achieve various things in life, one of the main things is to achieve success in life.

This book written by Brian Tracy will reveal to us about the power of speaking, about how by speaking we can achieve success in our lives.

First part of the book, Brian provided for us as reader a  clear and coherent explainations about the art of speaking and how rhetoric can be used to influence others. 

In simple terms, I understand rhetoric is the art of speaking with the aim of persuading or influencing others to enter into the thoughts, feelings, or perform the actions that we want.

In the second part, readers will be presented with an understanding of the importance of planning and preparation in making an effective presentation. 

Simply put, when I read this book, what I understand is that effective presentation planning will not only make us perform better, but also open more opportunities, increase personal influence, and accelerate professional development.

Furthermore, in the third part of the book we will be given an understanding of self-confidence. 

This is the part that I really like about this book, because problems related to confidence often arise in my life. I often feel nervous and even stage fright when performing in public or even in front of the class. 

I often feel that I am not good at everything so that my self-confidence decreases, but by reading this book I get knowledge is very helpful. 

I was given a detailed and in-depth explanation of techniques to overcome fears when speaking in public, the thing that I liked the most about how we speak soulfully, or sourced from the heart. 

I get the knowledge that if we do everything with a feeling of joy that comes from the heart, then the things we do will be very clear and useful for others. 

In the context of speaking when we speak using or sourced from our hearts, naturally we will explain everything coherently, logically, and clearly. So that the audience will understand every thing we present or talk about.

The fourth chapter of this book contains a more detailed explanation of the presentation, about how we as a presenter attract the attention of the audience to enter and pay attention to our presentation.

Furthermore, from chapter five into eleven we will gain a knowledge from this book about;

Strategy to manage and participate into small meeting effectively, the technique to impress the audience, the tips for practicing and using our voice, how to control the space to strenghtening our message, ending our presentation with powerful impression, and technique to present persuasive sales. 

In the last chapter we will be explained about techniques to make a convincing sales presentation.

The interesting thing that we can see from this book is: This book uses a true story, about the transformation of an ordinary person into a great speaker. Presenting readers with methods or techniques that are practical and easily applied by readers. 

However, there are also things that are less interesting, namely, this book tends to focus on a business approach somewhat less relevant for certain educational or social contexts.

I recomend this book for students who studying social sciences, employees, entrepreneurs, and people who experience a lack of confidence.

Some interesting thingst that I can gain from this book are; speaking skills can be studied by anyone, be prepare for everything is the key for succes, fears and anxiety when speak in front of a lot people can be overcome through practice. 

More specifically in the context of presenting something or conveying ideas in front of many people, we need to pay close attention to the structure of the opening and closing of our presentation, 

good voice techniques and gestures have a very big impact related to the success or failure of the presentation we do.
